Amy Purdy is a Motivational Speaker, Philanthropist, and a Para-Olympic Snowboarder with Gold and Bronze Medals. She does all of this while missing her legs beneath the knees.

When she was 21, her dad donated her kidney so that she could live. There wasn't a prosthesis that would allow someone to snowboard. So, she built her own. 7 months later, she returned to the slopes for the first time. Kids and everyone can all learn from her example.
